• Issue identification badges in accordance with hospital policy
• Maintain audit and compliance records related to authorization of access control levels and identities
• Responsible for checking identity and proofing process with valid government ID
• Work with customized databases: User tool, Security Access Control System (S2), My Clinical Exchange (MCE), The Pulse
• Greet and assist “walk-in”
• Responsible for updating expiration dates on badges
• Responsible to interface with the security Access Control System (S2)
• Responsible for taking pictures for badges (Badge Printer)
• Maintain inventory logs for all badges created (Badging Tally and Door Access)
• Work closely with HR department to maintain an updated data base (User tool)
• Communicate effectively with human resources, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Complete, scan and file paperwork
• Purge files for shredding and researching
• Maintain the functioning of the badging machine as needed (replace ribbon and clean)
• Order cards, laminate and lanyards and all other required supplies

• Knowledge of DHHA policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Customer service skills

• High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
