Job Function/Description:
- Research and understand company operations and strategies.
- Plan and negotiate project schedules and resources.
- Set timelines and organize resources for project success.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations.
- Work with teams to deliver client projects and manage day-to-day tasks.
- Develop strategies and provide advice to overcome challenges.
- Arrange and follow up on meetings for effective team communication.
- Compile weekly sales reports and monitor performance to meet goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Entry level or less than 5 years of planning or project support experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bilingual Korean/English preferred
- Strong interpersonal writing and editing skills
- Microsoft proficient (Excel/PPT/Word)
- Ability to travel 20%~50% (U.S., Canada, Mexico and Korea)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
