Job Summary :

RaiZan Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our client's team at West Bloomfield location.

This is a full-time position in the franchise industry, with a competitive salary of $25-$28 per hour, paid monthly.

The Dental Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating the treatment plans for all patients as well as handling administrative tasks.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule treatment plans for all patients
• Communicate treatment plans and financial options to patients
• Collect and verify insurance information
• Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
• Assist with front office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely and efficient patient care
• Educate patients on proper dental hygiene and necessary procedures
• Help maintain a positive and professional office environment
• Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and retention

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare administrative role
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans and claims processing
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and display professionalism at all times
