Position: Telemarketing/Lead Setter Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of enthusiastic telemarketing/lead setting professionals.
• Conduct 2 hours of administrative tasks daily, ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Provide training and ongoing support to team members.
• Monitor calls to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing/lead setting or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.

Working Hours:

• 2 hours of administrative tasks daily.
• 6 hours of phone work each day.

Salary Range:

• $40,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
