Compensation: $25 - $35/hour (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Director to identify present and future equipment maintenance and repair requirements.
• Around 75% of the work requires expertise and experience in electrical maintenance.
• Approximately 75% of the role entails specialized proficiency and practical knowledge in electrical maintenance.
• Analyze blueprints, sketches, and schematic diagrams to diagnose and rectify machinery breakdowns or integrate new equipment into existing production lines.
• Strategize, arrange, and execute routine maintenance on all machinery, encompassing conveyors, forklifts, gearboxes, warehouse racking, and pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
• Execute diverse welding, fabrication, and machine calibration assignments.
• Provide assistance in overall upkeep endeavors for the plant and office areas, involving tasks such as painting, carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing repairs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on involvement in the installation, upkeep, and restoration of industrial machinery, placing particular emphasis on electrical elements.
• Proficiency in comprehending blueprints, schematics, and technical illustrations.
• Prior exposure to pneumatic and hydraulic systems is advantageous. Necessary training will be provided.
• Aptitude for following instructions, working autonomously, and applying acquired knowledge to forthcoming projects.
• Robust capabilities in mechanical, electrical, and machine shop disciplines.
• Additionally valued are any educational background, training, or certifications related to the field.
