We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the parts department. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive business.
Duties:
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure proper parts selection for repairs and maintenance
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide accurate and timely price quotes for parts
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain inventory levels and order parts as needed
- Handle returns and exchanges of parts
- Keep the parts department clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
