WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Assist in keeping all areas of the facility clean and orderly
- Load vehicles and maintain safety standards
- Clean tunnel as well as upkeep on vacuums and property
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Assist customers with questions and problem solving
- Offer value based selling to customers about our memberships
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- No Experience required
- Some weekends worked required
- Reliable transportation
- Appearance Standards (grooming and hygiene)
- Be Level Headed, Dependable, Energetic, Kind, and Professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Move/Lift up to 50lbs
- Must be 16
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- $11-$14/hr base pay bi-weekly
- Commission and Bonuses monthly (earning potential up to $18/hr)
