**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts and accounting practices. You will also be part of an administrative team handling prospective tenant calls about our properties.

**Responsibilities:**

- Reconcile billing statements

- Communicate with clients to address inquiries or resolve discrepancies

- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure proper billing procedures

- Utilize accounting software to process financial transactions

- Maintain accurate records of billing activities

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in financial concepts and corporate accounting principles

- Experience in public accounting or related field preferred

- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients regarding billing matters

- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes

- Previous experience as a billing clerk is advantageous
