Regional Maintenance
Job Description
About Us: Rainey Property Management is a leading property management company that prides itself on providing high-quality living experiences in our apartment communities. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Regional Maintenance to help oversee the maintenance and repair operations for our Dallas portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising maintenance staff and operations across multiple properties in the region.
Conduct hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Travel extensively to various properties to address urgent maintenance needs and support on-site teams.
Help in inspecting properties to identify necessary repairs and maintenance requirements.
Ensure all maintenance activities are in compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Assist in training and guiding maintenance staff in best practices and company procedures.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work carried out and materials used.
Provide feedback and reports to the Regional Maintenance Supervisor regarding on-site maintenance challenges and progress.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the apartment/property management industry.
Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
EPA 608 certification required.
CPO certification preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between properties.

Work Conditions & Environment
This position involves extensive sitting for long periods of times in front of a computer, stooping, kneeling, moderate stress, light lifting and carrying. The primary location is inside but may include work done outside and could include work around traffic areas, slippery or uneven walk areas, and exposure to dust, insects, animals, weather, humidity, and the public.
