**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or dental office setting and possess strong administrative skills.

**Duties:**

- Schedule surgeries, procedures, and appointments for patients

- Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred

- Knowledge of phone systems and handling patient inquiries professionally

- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
