Rady Children’s Physician Management Services (RCPMS) offers exciting opportunities for the qualified candidates to join our rapidly growing organization. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Rady Children’s Hospital and Health Center with just over 500 employees. RCPMS supports primary care pediatricians with 32 office locations through San Diego and southern Riverside counties.
The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is an entry-level position under the supervision of the Site Supervisor that performs various procedures associated with routine patient encounters. The Patient Services Representative will receive training in all RCPMS policies and procedures including but not limited to registration of patients, customer service, phone etiquette, and appointment scheduling. The Patient Services Representative works with patients, families and other customers in a courteous and professional manner. Part-time Hours for the CPEC Vista location: Monday – Thursday 5:00PM – 9:00PM; Sundays 10:00AM – 2:00PM
Must be available to attend 1 full day of mandatory training prior to official start date. Training date varies depending on anticipated start date but will take place during normal office hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm). Please keep in mind that if you have other employment or school obligations during the training schedule you will need to request time off or make accommodations in order to attend the mandatory training.

The reasonably expected starting hourly wage range for this position is $20-$22 depending on qualifications including education and relevant experience.
