• Utilize advanced software tools to process mammography images, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with our AI development team to provide back-end support for AI algorithms used in mammography image analysis.
• Respond to client inquiries and technical issues via email and support ticketing system, providing expert-level assistance and timely resolutions.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring issues are logged, categorized, and resolved efficiently.
• Conduct routine health checks on back-end systems to detect and address potential issues, maintaining system reliability.
• Perform quality assurance checks on processed mammography images and AI outputs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, support ticket status, and resolution details for future reference.
