Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
We invite you to join our NorCal Imaging Walnut Creek Scheduling Call Center team as a Patient Services Representative. This is a full-time opportunity has a Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00PM schedule and is located at our high volume practice in Walnut Creek, CA.
As a Patient Services Representative you will:
- Answer phones and guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns.
- Schedule patients for exams, and input/update patient information in our medical system.
- Perform insurance verifications and authorizations.
- Review faxed referral and authorization documents.
- Cross-train and help in other departments as needed.
- Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:We're looking for dependable and professional candidates with a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent customer service skills, and great communication skills! Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office work experience is preferred.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00 / hour
