RadNet is Hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Director Near Cambridge, MA

The Vice President (VP) Strategy & Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for Digital Health is responsible for providing thought leadership and innovation in shaping the future direction of Radnet's Digital Health organization, with a strong focus on identifying and executing on opportunities in support of the organization's overall strategy and vision. The Strategy & FP&A team supports the evolution of the organization's long-term plans and provides key stakeholder decision making support to position the organization for long-term success serving as advisors to senior leaders and addressing the key questions facing senior management and the Board of Directors.

In addition to helping to define & articulate business strategy, this role is directly accountable for driving performance management and inorganic growth opportunities. This role has significant interaction with senior leaders on an individual and group basis to support opportunity identification, decision making, planning and execution processes.

The Vice President (VP) Strategy & Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), a member of the Executive Committee of the company.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires Bachelors Degree, an advanced Accounting/ Finance Degree, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • Top-tier Management Consulting experience at a top-3 Firm (McKinsey/ BCG/ Bain), focused on Healthcare M&A work
  • Industry experience in Diagnostic Imaging and Healthcare Services
  • Extensive financial expertise including advanced financial/quantitative analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and oversee multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously, communicate prioritization of projects with direct reports and adjust resources as needed to effectively meet all deadlines as institutional needs shift.
  • Strong business operations acuity, financial acumen, and an ability to bring a macro perspective to initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical, written, verbal and presentation and interpersonal skills with proven track record of delivering actionable insights succinctly, winning support and moving people and organizations to action.
  • Good negotiation, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills.
  • Experience conducting primary and secondary research to drive decision making.
  • Detail and deadline orientation and flexibility to rapid change.
  • Solid relationship building skills with a record of effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders inside and outside the organization to lead to common goals.
  • Ability to conceptualize and effectuate change management and & out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Extensive experience interacting with C-level executives in a leadership role.
  • Comfort in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with strong ethics.
  • High ethical standards; excellent judgment; personal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Able to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Develop and drive strategies for business growth and optimization across the organization that reflect and drive institutional objectives.
  • Lead day to day activities on Portfolio Strategy and FP&A initiatives from ideation through post-closing integration.
  • Actively engage with senior leadership to identify opportunities and understand roadmaps/ needs to help inform deal sourcing and priorities.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry-wide perspective on major trends, including macro-economic, micro-economic, customer needs, financial markets, regulatory, technology, etc.
  • Drive discussions and awareness with the senior leadership team and Board on external landscape reviews/ competitive analysis, scenario analysis, and initiatives prioritization
  • Attend industry events and conferences, research adjacent markets, and monitor competitors to identify prospects that represent a good fit.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach with the objective of developing, motivating, and retaining high-performing staff.
  • Financial Leadership
  • Ensure the execution of objectives and tasks necessary to meet short and long-term financial goals.
  • Support long-term planning considering financial obligations.
  • Build a strong culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team with skills and experience aligned to meet RadNet's needs and the market with a focus on retention of top performers.
  • Create and implement an effective onboarding plan for every team member within the functions managed.
  • Set clear expectations for all team members; analyze goals, activities, and results to determine action plans to improve individual and team performance per stated performance management guidelines.
  • Ensure that Radnet values are being demonstrated and policies are being followed.
