Looking for MRI Technologist to staff MRI PRN shifts in the south suburb of Chicago rate is $42-46/hour. Flexible scheduling may be accommodated based on facility needs. Responsibilities:

- Conduct MRI scans following established protocols and physician directives.

- Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout the scanning process.

- Expertly position patients and provide clear instructions for each scan.

- Operate our GE 1.5 Signa HDXT machine, adjusting parameters for optimal imaging.

- Monitor patients during scans, promptly addressing any concerns..

- Maintain meticulous patient records and procedure documentation.

- Uphold stringent safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

- Stay up to date with advancements in MRI technology and techniques.

Requirements:

- Certified MRI Technologist with Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or ARMRIT.

- Expertise in IV administration is essential.

- Minimum 3 years experience required.

- BLS (Basic Life Support)

- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
