Our client in North Central Texas is seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time permanent PACS Manager for their growing healthcare system. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and at least 5 years of experience in radiology. This is a great location to raise a family and is located less than 3 hours from Dallas/Ft Worth.

Responsibilities of PACS Manager:

• Coordinates specific radiology software applications analysis, design, system set up, development, testing, implementation, and training.
• Coordinates all training and teaching classes for all hospital staff related to radiology software applications.
• Disseminates pertinent and critical information to Radiology Staff regarding system radiology software.

Requirements of PACS Manager:

• Associate Degree or Accredited Radiology Program OR 5 years related experience to Radiology Informatics
• 3 years in Radiology
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
• Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times
• Management experience in hospital/health care environment
• Proven managerial skills
• Requires ability to handle confidential information
• Strong negotiation skills
• Supervises employees
• Supervision is provided to staff in conjunction with Program Mangers
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong computer skills
