We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in kitchen and restaurant supervision, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus, monitor food costs, and ensure consistent quality
- Oversee catering operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution
- Utilize POS systems to manage orders, payments, and inventory

Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and safety standards
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in catering or hotel management is a plus
- Bartending experience is preferred
