Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join our supply chain team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient flow of materials throughout our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to monitor material requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers to track order status, resolve delays, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely receipt of purchase orders. (expedite/de-expedite)
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to orders, pricing, and/or quality.
• Support quality control efforts by ensuring adherence to procedures and specifications.
• Handle internal and external customer service requests.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and procurement processes.
• Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in supply chain management or related field preferred
• Experience in purchasing or supply chain operations a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with others to complete assigned tasks to meet project timelines
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
