Opportunity :

The HR & TA Specialist position will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company. Working with the HR team, the HR & TA Specialist will support the day-to-day human resources functions of our organization.

The HR & TA Specialist will be responsible for managing a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employment brand.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates
  • Coordinate and oversee new employee orientation and onboarding process
  • Benefit administration, including health / wellness programs
  • Execute compliance actions consistent with applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Support the execution of committee and culture building and employment branding events
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and software
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
