Clinical Supervisor Position Overview:

Radical Minds is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a mid-level position with ample opportunities for career advancement, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

As a Clinic-Based Clinical Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage 5-7 client cases, specializing in early intervention and skill acquisition for children aged 2-10.
  • Analyze client data and prepare tailored materials for client sessions.
  • Provide mentorship and support to RBTs, with opportunities to supervise those pursuing BCaBA or BCBA coursework.
  • Meet monthly insurance requirements for all assigned clients.
  • Conduct monthly hands-on caregiver trainings.
