RADIAS Health, previously knownas South Metro Human Services, provides integrated healthcare to serve thewell-being of the whole person. Through primary care, behavioral health,pharmacy services, residential treatment and supportive housing in the TwinCities metro area, we provide a continuum of care.

RADIAS Health has Casual and Part-time MentalHealth Practitioner positions open at our residential program overseeing 16adults with serious and persistent mental illness. The Mental HealthPractitioner provides professional, quality program services to the clients servedby ReEntry House Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) and works withother members of the team to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining anoptimum quality of life consistent with client needs and preferences. The workuses evidence-based practices adapted for the agency and the client's specificneeds. The emphasis is placed on working with clients in community settings anddirectly providing the services necessary to assist clients in achieving theirgoals. 

Some job duties: provide direct services to the residents, develop atherapeutic relationships with residents, medication administration, ensure thesafety of the facility and general supervision, provide crisis intervention andde-escalation as needed and participate in cleaning duties and the up-keep ofthe facility.

Available Hours:

Casual Hours 2 - 3shifts per month , flexible schedule 

• Day shifts, 8 am - 4 pm
• Evening shifts, 4 pm - 12 am
• Overnight shifts, 12 am - 8 am

Part-time Shifts

• Saturday and Sunday 4 pm - 12 am

Pay:

$25.48days/evenings and $27.49 overnights

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology orSocial Work plus 2,000 hours work experience providing services to adultsdiagnosed with a serious mental illness -OR- no college degree and 4,000 hourssupervised work experience in the delivery of services to adults or childrenwith mental illness.
