Position Overview:
As our Assistant Community Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Crestmont Apartment Community. From managing property assets to fostering resident satisfaction, you'll be at the forefront of excellence, driving our team towards unmatched success.
Responsibilities That Spark Success:
Assist in maximizing property assets to meet owner objectives, ensuring financial prosperity.
Lead office staff in providing stellar service to prospective tenants, from showcasing apartments to finalizing leases.
Keep a keen eye on accounts payable/receivable, ensuring seamless financial operations.
Dive into leasing tours, answering inquiries, and processing applications with finesse.
Tackle delinquency head-on, utilizing effective follow-up strategies to maintain financial stability.
Maintain meticulous records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Uphold our commitment to a clean, safe, and well-maintained community, fostering resident satisfaction every step of the way.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
Proven expertise in accounts payable/receivable, with at least one year of experience.
Management training is a plus, while OneSite experience is a must.
Stellar interpersonal skills and a knack for teamwork.
Proficiency in bookkeeping, business math, and marketing.
Tech-savvy with a knack for office equipment.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
