Employment Status: Full time, 40 or more hours per week

Position Purpose:

The Location Production Manager will provide a professional experience in multiple contextual levels of audio, broadcast video, lighting production and coordination to all aspects which will enable the production team to move further and faster into the next season God is moving Radiant Church. 

Position Responsibilities:

All of these responsibilities fall within and are all encompassing of services and events in all Radiant locations and Production supported rooms (Main Sanctuary, Student Center, Prayer Room, and Auxiliary rooms):

• Program of Lighting and Graphics Computers
• Ensure stages and equipment are maintained
• Schedule and Communicate with Volunteers
• Communicate problems and failures of production equipment to Engineering 
• Set up and tear down of production equipment for all services and events
• Assist Production Director in planning, designing, and execution of large scale Production events and services
• Other duties and events as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher
• Experience in audio mixing and engineering
• Experience in lighting programing and engineering
• Experience in video programing and engineering
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, having excellent judgment while working in an ever changing environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong administrative and organization
• Proficiency in meeting task deadlines/timeline requirements

• Ability to work well with others

• Positive attitude and positive approach to problem solving

• Able to adapt and adjust under pressure

Relational Connections:

• Demonstrate a commitment to handling conflict biblically, following principles in Matthew 18

• Respond in a timely manner (within 24 hours) to ministry related electronic, telephone, or personal contact

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ that results in a life lived in obedience to the will of God as described in the Word of God, evident by spiritual fruit and the desire to grow in the Lord
• Genuine servant-hood, Gospel-centeredness, and spiritual maturity that results in good communication skills with ministry heads, staff and congregation members
• Supports the works of the ministry of Radiant Church
• Beliefs consistent with Radiant Church’s “Statement of Faith”
• Willing to become, if not already, a partner of Radiant Church within 6 months of employment
