Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at our medical spa with locations in Oxford, Trumbull & Eastchester . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical spa setting, with a focus on aesthetic procedures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical spa and providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, and skincare treatments.
• Perform Venipuncture IV procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are well-stocked and sanitized.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and courtesy.
• Travel between our West Hartford and Trumbull locations as required.
• Adhere to all relevant medical and spa regulations and protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Spa setting, specializing in aesthetic procedures.
• Proficiency in Venipuncture IV procedures.
• Positive work attitude with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• Exceptional reliability to accommodate a busy schedule, including minimal cancellations and days off.
• Proficiency in computer and digital tools for record-keeping and scheduling.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
• Must be available to start immediately.
