We are currently hiring for a Dental Assistant for our beautiful dental offices located in Boca Raton and Boynton Beach !

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant with proven knowledge of General and Specialty Dentistry- 4 handed assistance.

The candidate must have more than 3 years proven experience as a Dental Assistant, a very professional character, etiquette, and must be able to provide the BEST customer service/care to all patients, visitors, and internal staff members and doctors.

Below are the key requirements and responsibilities for the position:

• Will work 3 days in Boca Raton and 2 days in Boynton Beach locations.
• Greeting and welcoming patients to the operatory room with a positive attitude.
• DA Certification and Expanded Duties, and other qualifications must be provided.
• Good experience with patient charting & notes in Dentrix accurately.
• Sterilizing instruments and the clinical area.
• Preparing treatment room following prescribed procedures and protocols, preparing trays, dental materials and cements, assisting in dental procedures.
• Digital radiographs, 3D PANO, pouring and trimming cast models, Itero scanners. Providing patient education and post-operative instructions.
• Readies patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.
• Fully bilingual is required (English/Spanish) with verbal, written, and communication fluency and accuracy.
• Able to multi-task while maintaining an organized work area and operatories.
• Must be able to work quickly and ALWAYS check for accuracy before finalizing work or tasks.
• Follow all office protocols, policies and procedures correctly and consistency.
• Use initiative, able to complete all tasks without being told what to do.
• Use proper judgement and able to make Dental Assistant decisions while respecting Doctor's expectations & instructions.
• Must always communicate clearly with all staff members and work in a team environment.
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry for GP, Endo, Perio, Invisaline.
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
• Schedule appointments as needed.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
