Radia Inc PS is Hiring a Data Specialist Near Lynnwood, WA

Radia has an exciting opportunity for a Data Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lynnwood, WA. This is a great opportunity for those that thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn about radiology!

This position is responsible for entering and importing organizational data. In addition to organizational skills, this role is adept at developing and maintain processes for integrating data into primary databases. An excellent eye for detail will be needed for documenting, auditing, and reviewing data sets to ensure integrity. The position works closely with many departments and end users to compile and populate databases with accurate and clean data; as well as contribute to ad hoc report creation.

Compensation:

Hourly salary range $27.18/hour to $40.78/hour. Salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Performs cleaning and importing of data from numerous systems supporting physician staffing, dashboard workflow and operational information.
  • Develop and build automated process for importing and maintaining complex data sets.
  • Performs ad-hoc data entry and tracking.
  • Documents processes regarding changing data sources.
  • Documents data team processes to understand team responsibilities and importance of clean and accurate datasets.
  • Maintains complex data sets regarding various sensitive topics including billing, financial, staffing, and patient information.
  • Creates and distributes routine and ad hoc reports using various software including Power BI and R.
  • Develop and build data auditing and validation tools to find and resolve missing data points or incorrect data.
  • Supports Physician Leadership, CFO and Operations on special projects and requests.


E
ducation and Experience Requirements:

  • 1 years of data entry or data maintenance experience.
  • Advanced Computing and Data skills.
  • Experience with T-SQL, SQL Server, R, Power BI, Excel, Word.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
