Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and stimulating environment
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in your care
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
- Follow established routines and schedules for meals, naps, and playtime
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Monitor and manage behavior to promote positive interactions among children
Experience:
- Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or childcare settings
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to manage behavior effectively and provide positive discipline techniques
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool-aged children, or school-aged students
- Familiarity with educational activities that promote learning and growth
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
