THE PLAYERThe Restaurant Supervisor oversees and coordinates the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
EVERY DAY, YOU WILLAssist with scheduling, payroll, inventory and other managerial duties as assignedAchieve restaurant objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environmentControl cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and proceduresFill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operationsContinually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional developmentPrepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely mannerSchedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are metGHG24Requirements:
YOU WILL BE GREAT AT BLUE COLLAR COFFEE CO. IFYou have a High school diploma or equivalentYou have a high level of professionalismYou have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 1 years of front-of-house operations and/or assistant management positionsYou posses excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS systemYou hold a Food Manager CertificationYou are able to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop and crouchYou are able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50 poundsYOU MUST ALSO HAVEU.S. Work Authorization (required)
