Rack Room Shoes is Hiring a Part Time Sales Associate Near Branson, MO
Rack Room Shoes has more than 550 footwear stores throughout the United States. We are currently seeking part time sales associates for our Tanger Outlet and Branson Landing locations in Branson, MO.
The company offers a wide selection of nationally recognized brands known for their quality. Rack Room Shoes also offers an assortment of exclusive private brands commissioned from the best manufacturers in the business. These private brands offer the customer great styles and outstanding values, which translates into satisfied, loyal, repeat customers.
Observe and practice of Customer Service and the operating standards set forth by the company. Develop and maintain necessary product knowledge to ensure that the customer is properly fitted. Maintain merchandise presentation; i.e., ensure stock is well arranged and merchandised properly. Have a awareness of all current sales promotions. Help keep merchandise displays in work area clean and organized. Perform cashier functions as needed. On an as-needed basis, participate in physical inventories; assist in shipping and receiving merchandise; and coordinate with store management the proper placement of merchandise on the sales floor.
We offer a employee discount of 40% off all purchases and a flexible work schedule that may be needed for school or other full time positions. Hours are based upon availability and performance.
