Racine Country Club is Hiring an Outside Golf Operations Near Racine, WI

Racine Country Club is seeking a reliable and professional Outside Golf Operations Team Member to join our team at a private golf club. The Team Member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests by assisting with their golf clubs and other equipment. This position requires strong attention to detail. Responsibilities

Greet members and guests as they arrive at the bag drop/club
Handle golf clubs and other equipment with care
Load and unload golf bags onto golf carts
Clean and maintain golf clubs and other equipment
Assist with keeping the bag room clean and organized
Provide information on course conditions, upcoming events, and any rule changes or special instructions for the day
Enforce golf course rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players
Monitor the pace of play and make adjustments as needed
Maintain accurate records of golf equipment and inventory
Assist with the coordination of golf tournaments and events as needed
Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Previous experience in a golf course or hospitality environment preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions

Salary

$11 - $15 per hour tips

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
