Description

Our Company and its in-house marketing team, is seeking a Graphic Designer that will help balance design aesthetic and usability all things print and digital. Day-to-day, the Graphic Designer will work with our Copywriters, Web Designers, Developers and Marketing Channel Managers to produce results-driven creative.

Requirements

• Designing original creative, from concept to final deliverable
• collateral; advertising; event installations; premium books; banner ads (static, animated a plus); custom and templated Emails; landing pages; occasional website design or updates to existing; app layout; social media support (cropping images, color correction, etc.) and exploratory with new marketing opportunities in both print and digital * Ability to produce 2D and 3D prototypes of concepts (print and digital)
• Assist Creative Manager and fellow designers with brainstorming and designing pitch concepts to both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with developing the graphic language and aesthetics that support a truly unique 360º branded experience
• Making edits to templates and previous work
• Print and digital support for various internal departments
• Collaborating with other team members to produce the best creative possible
• Offering input and feedback throughout the creative process
• Act as a brand ambassador
• Balancing multiple projects and meetings with various deadlines and schedule changes

Education: Education in graphic design (or a related field)

Experience: Experience working with brand guidelines

Computer Skills: Solid utilization of creative software (Adobe CC Suite, both print and digital apps as well as some third-party software)

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.
