You and Your Job
As a Customer Relationship Specialist Team Lead, you will have an opportunity to lead geographically dispersed, highly skilled, highly motivated teams responsible for loan origination activities including loan documentation and closings of complex agricultural loans.
As a Customer Relationship Specialist Team Lead, you will not only be instrumental to the success of the Customer Relationship Specialist teams you support, but also impact the success of the sector you support and our clients.
The Customer Relationship Specialists are responsible for ensuring the loan origination activities, loan documentation and closings are completed in alignment with approvals, processes and regional & regulatory requirements while providing superior customer service. Coordinating activities with internal and external partners is key. The Customer Relationship Specialist Team Lead will work closely with the Closing Manager and provide oversight of workload, deal status and quality while providing the team with the support, training and coaching needed to be successful in the role. In an ever-changing environment, agility and ability to positively support and implement change will be key.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $89,000.00 - $100,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
