We are looking for a hardworking Project Manager/Estimator to join our team! As a Project Manager/Estimator, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with customers, provide daily assistance, estimate the work of projects by gathering proposals, specifications, and related documents. This is a position that requires travel. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Manage the field personnel, by scheduling tasks, ordering supplies such as signs, posts, bollard sleeves, etc.
• Manage the Coordinator, review scopes of work, estimates, and proposals.
• Accept and manage Work Orders using Fusion, Service Channel, and other client platforms.
• Respond to clients via their platforms.
• Utilize Reactive Estimating Process for process of accepting, review, solicit bids, contract award, invoicing.
• Provide weekly Sales Report
• Manage the Estimating Dashboard in Fusion.
• Manage the Jobs Dashboard in Fusion.
• Update and manage the Awarded spreadsheet.
• Update the Self-perform Spreadsheet as required.
• Respond to queries from the various accounts requesting updates.
• Prepare bid docs including Photo pages, PR Plans, Scope of Work (SOW), find bidders using mapping function on Salesforce, solicit bids.
• Nightly run report on work orders, verify no unworked work order’s are missing ETAs.
• Process invoices from CPs, i.e., match invoice to PO, receive Waivers, forward to A/P, file in Salesforce Box.
• Invoice clients, collect and upload closeout docs, from Self -Perform and CPs, to client platform.

Education and Experience

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Project Management preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in the paving industry or 4 years of project management experience required.
• Exercise judgement and discretion with respect to business matters of significance to the operations of the business
• Ability to make decisions after various options have been considered
• Must meet and follow all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
• Proven performance in leading high performing teams and achieving results through others by coaching, mentoring and target setting.
