Here at CK Developers we are looking for an experienced Remodeler to join our family!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remodeling and construction, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing projects on time and within budget, while adhering to all safety regulations.
The Remodeler must also possess excellent customer service skills, as they will be interacting with clients throughout the remodeling process.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Install and repair drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other fixtures.
- Perform basic carpentry work such as framing, trimming, and molding.
- Measure and cut materials to size.
- Inspect the job site for potential safety hazards.
- Use power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders.
- Work with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, plastic, and concrete.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
