This full time support position offers training from the ground up, pairing you with an experienced colleague to guide you every step of the way towards becoming the best Client Support Specialist you can be. R&R will help you reach your goals by obtaining your Property and Casualty insurance license, as well as equip you with all of the knowledge necessary to excel in your role.
As a member of R&R’s S.M.A.R.T. processing team, you will develop key professional skills such as building business relationships, effective communication, working within a team, and working on behalf of the customer. You will be an advocate for our clients, investigating insurance policy coverages and assisting in the daily operations of our Commercial Lines department.
In this position you will learn a variety of commercial insurance coverage options, master R&R’s agency management system; AMS360, and become comfortable navigating various carrier and insurance websites. In addition, you will assist our Customer Service Team and Sales Executives internally, and eventually customers with various insurance needs.
