Overview

R&P is looking for a motivated professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Program Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities

• Interrelates with customer to identify and address program level areas of concern.
• Possess system level understanding of Naval Ship HM&E principles. 
• Ability to analyze complex engineering integration issues.
• Provides fly away and at Sea support of appropriate ship class. 

Qualifications

• 25 plus years of Amphibious Class Shipboard engineering experience. 
• DOD ACAT Level 1 Program experience a plus.
• Shipboard Technical Project Management experience.
• Posses a Secret Level Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
