Job Description

S&A has an opening for a Program Analyst II in Chesapeake, VA.

Perform as a U.S. Navy Training Analyst with Sellers and Associates, you will support a key initiative for the Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) program working in the Career Long Learning Continuum initiative. This includes providing significant support to the program managers and team members.

Job Requirements

• Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis of development paths for various Naval rates
• Analyze Naval rates using authoritative databases, doctrine, naval training guidance, PQS, RTM’s and instructions to perform training gaps analysis and develop Courses of Actions (COA’s) to mitigate training gaps
• Conduct Business Case Analysis (BCA) for development of training mitigations COAs
• Perform other duties and tasks as needed pertaining to the analysis and development of deliverables.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)

• Minimum education/experience required. High school diploma. • Three (3) years’ experience in data analytics and four (4) Active-Duty U.S. Navy. • Have experience and/or knowledge in any of the following ratings, AC, AWS, AS, AWV, FC, ET, FCA, MM, IT, CTT, CTN, EA, TM, ITR, ITE, MMA, and ITC training. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and synthesize significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience researching Navy databases (FLTMPS, CANTRACS and various databases alike)• Knowledge/experience with Navy Sailor career paths including professional, technical and leadership training.• Good oral and written communication skills• Good organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills• Have good working experience in Microsoft suite products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
