Overview

R&P is seeking a Junior-Level Program Analyst to support the U.S. Navy's LPD 17 Shipbuilding Program (PMS 377) in Washington, DC. Job duties include headquarters change/configuration and risk management support in accordance with the Program CM plan.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities may include: 

• Provide headquarters change/configuration and risk management process in accordance with CM plan.
• Work with Program Office, SEA 05 and the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Gulf Coast (SSGC) personnel to ensure the appropriate review, approvals, and contract actions are implemented and provide recommendations to improve the processes when appropriate. 
• Coordinate configuration management board planning efforts, draft, review, and distribute board agendas, change packages, briefs, action items, and meeting minutes.
• Support Initial Review Boards (IRB).
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate Risk, Issues, and Opportunity tracker for program management in accordance with the Program Risk Management Plan. Coordinate risk board meetings, update the risk tracker, track action items, and provide recommendations for managing and retiring items. Maintain and update the Risk Management Plan.
• Update pertinent program change management process instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 0-2 years of relevant work experience. 
• Degree requirement may be substituted with a High School diploma and minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• DoD/Navy ACAT I Program expereince is a plus.
• Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
