Job Title: Mobilization Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mobilization Manager to join our team. As a Mobilization Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the deployment of IT resources and services to support our clients' needs. This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st thru 3rd level technical support for smartphones, tablets and associated peripherals and accessories
• Create and implement security profiles using the agency's AirWatch MDM platform
• Assist with smart device deployment projects
• Provide reports on devices out of compliance with agency's and NY State policies
• Assist with asset inventory management as needed by entering or modifying devices in the asset inventory database and managing the distribution of acceptance and return receipts
• Respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient with smartphones and tablets running Apple, Google and Microsoft
• Operating Systems.
• Strong familiarity with smart device hardware from major manufacturers (Apple Samsung, LG…).
• Proficient with MDM platforms such as AirWatch and Intune.
• Experience with asset management best practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing 25 pounds.
• On rare occasions, may be asked to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: $50,000.95 - $65,573.52 per year
