Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ITIL Process Analyst to join our team. As a ITIL Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our organization's business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise in quantum engineering will be crucial in identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define process objectives

- Develop process models, workflows, and diagrams to visualize current and future states

- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks in business processes

- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality

- Monitor process performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on new processes and tools

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

- 3 years proven experience as a ITIL Process Analyst or similar role

- Strong knowledge of quantum engineering principles and applications

- Proficient in process modeling tools such as BPMN or UML

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

- 3 years of project management or technical experience in a large IT environment

- Experience with SQL and multi-tiered network architectures and with web and

application servers

- Familiarity with current IT methodologies, processes, standards and policies.

- ITIL Foundations certification required.

Pay: $87,535.00 - $95,611.00 per year
