COMPETENCIES:

Experience working in delivery/ moving furniture
2 years in the furniture industry
Capable lifting& time management
Knowledge of Delivery tracking Programs
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
HIGHLY MOTIVATED, PERSISTENT.
Plans and carries out responsibilities with little to no direction
Comfortable working independently
Handles deadlines and pressure with ease
Works well in a team environment
Ability to motivate others
Adaptability, and perseverance required
Well-honed listening skills and a problem-solving attitude to uncover needs and motivations to overcome obstacles
Experience successfully motivating and developing delivery teams

DELIVERY:

Support the company vision and mission statements overseeing and directing delivery activities to achieve goals within multiple assigned territories
Establish daily, weekly, and monthly consistency monitoring and developing the delivery team to follow model and achieve established task
Establish and foster an excellent communication between Owner and Sales Management to encourage in daily motivation
Re-focus attention on safety first and customer satisfaction as well as assist in the formulation of a compete delivery for the Customer
Develop and complete delivery activity logs and inventory reports
Ensure that all requested reports are accurate, detailed, and submitted within the desired timeframe
Update the team on product inventory
Communication with all departments for product transfer and tracking
Avail him/herself to client for face-to-face meetings over general phone and email communication
Promote the unique capabilities, knowledge and expertise he/she possesses
Remain cognizant and prepared for any anticipated delivery needs
Ability to document and identify furniture tags and boxes
