We have been serving the Central Oregon area since 1999. Collins & Sons offers a wide range of excavation services focusing on small commercial and large, custom residential projects.

Collins & Sons is currently looking for a Laborer to join their team. Come join a growing company with growth opportunities!

The list of primary responsibilities includes, but is not limited to the following:

· Use of hand and mechanical tools as needed

· Operate and work around heavy machinery/equipment

· Set up, preparation and housekeeping of construction site(s)

· Perform construction work under direction of management team

· Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, etc.

· Maintaining safe work environment according to all regulations, procedures and policies

· Lifting up to 100lbs as needed

Requirements:

• Employee must have a minimum of 2 years of construction experience
• Must be a team player and willing to perform multiple duties as the need arises
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
