Quorum is Hiring a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement Near Washington, DC

As the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will report directly to our Chief Sales Officer and will build an end-to-end enablement curriculum and create best-in-class onboarding and development programs tailored to Quorum’s sales team. Your understanding of sales performance drivers and Quorum’s key business development metrics will inform and shape strategic enablement interventions customized for Quorum sellers, including Account Executives, Customer Account Executives, BDRs, and Sales Engineers. Our dedicated sales force collaborates with corporations, trade organizations, non-profit entities, and the global public sector to drive business success. 

What You’ll Do

  • First Week: You’ll learn the history of Quorum, get introduced to colleagues and start learning our culture.
  • First Month: You will strategically craft, implement and oversee programs to equip our sales teams with the necessary competencies, resources and tools for their roles.
  • First Six Months: You will provide sales training across various revenue-generating departments within Quorum, such as Account Executives, Customer Account Executives, Business Development Representatives and Sales Engineers. You will construct a comprehensive enablement curriculum and establish top-tier onboarding and continuous education initiatives tailored to our specific industry, goals and teams.
  • First Year: You will consistently elevate sales efficiency by orchestrating the training and development programs for sales team members, engaging in tactical planning and providing vital support for critical processes (including product launches and company-wide meetings).

About You

  • You have a proven and substantial background in Sales Enablement, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally within the SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise Software sectors.
  • You have previous experience in a foundational or leadership role within Sales Enablement at a rapidly growing SaaS company, demonstrating the ability to establish core systems and processes.
  • You have sales training expertise encompassing a comprehensive understanding of instructional methods, analysis, delivery techniques, implementation strategies, and best practices for evaluation.
  • You have a genuine passion for sales and an interest in contributing to the design of innovative selling strategies.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of creating and delivering focused and broad-ranging training content that quantifiably enhances sales productivity for both existing team members and new hires.
  • You have a dedication to data accuracy and a data-driven approach; ability to provide insights to internal partners, translating these insights into actionable training requirements and outcomes.
  • You have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to establish trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and deliver clear and concise presentations in various real-world settings.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision in all tasks.
