Job Description

Position: Delivery Associate (DA). STARTING PAY $19 to $22.00 PER HOUR. Become a Delivery Associate (DA) with a successful, rapidly expanding delivery service partner, where all employees are valued, respected and provided full time support lines to always assist. Our management team promotes teamwork, good attitude, strong work ethic, and work-life balance. DA's are entrusted to conduct themselves ethically, professionally, and with minimal supervision while operating their delivery van.

We expect continued rapid expansion over the next 12 months and are looking to fill a number of full-time and part-time positions.

• STARTING WAGE $19.00 to $22.00 per hour

• All packages weigh 50 lbs. or less, typically under 15 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dependable - Good Attitude and Communicator - Sense of Urgency - Integrity - Team Minded

• Must be at least 21-years of age
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record (i.e.- no more than (2) citations in the past three years
• Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000-pound van
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts around 10 hours
• Ability to effectively operate technology including GPS
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
• Physically capable of entering and exiting a commercial van up to 600 times per day
• Capable of walking up to 10 miles per day at an intentional pace
• Capable of ascending and descending stairs and uneven surfaces multiple times per day
• Valid driver’s license, no CDL required
