Boutique personal injury and criminal defense law firm looking for a driven, engaging, and fun individual to work as a personal injury case manager. Starting job duties would entail:
-Managing a full caseload of clients
-Adjuster and client communication
-Demand preparation
-Collect medical records
The personal injury team is currently made up of two case managers and one attorney. One of our case managers is leaving us to attend law school, so we are looking for a replacement to work with her as she makes that transition. The ideal candidate could start in June or July and have a couple of months of overlap with the exiting employee to learn the cases and processes. Our firm has been experiencing explosive growth over the last few years and is hoping for someone to help craft and grow office culture as new employees are added. The perfect candidate would embody the current culture and help cultivate that through participating in team building activities. Compensation will grow as the firm does.
At least a year of prior experience as a personal injury case manager is required. Prior experience as a litigation paralegal would be preferred.
