The Role
As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Senior Manager to support our HR Operations/Innovation team. This person is responsible for helping execute the transformation of process and automation to improve our customer support experience and operational efficiencies. This role will lead and shape a Global Human Resources Operations team, ensuring a consistent and standardized approach is applied to support. This role oversees execution of HR processes, with an approach to continuously streamline and automate to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and optimal employee/manager experience. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention and to reinvent how Human Resources Operations and Service delivery is done. QuidelOrtho utilizes Workday, which will be a key tool in delivering support to our organization. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about process design and improvement, collaboration with key stakeholders, and strong customer service ideals paired with focused prioritization. The ability to think beyond current state and focus on what is possible is critical for this role. We are reviewing and reinventing the way we work and partner with our business. We are looking for an experienced individual who thrives in creating and supporting changes which will move our organization forward.
This position is remote eligible in the US but will be supporting our Global team operating on an east coast time zone. Minimal travel required.

The Work Environment
No strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 30% of time in meetings, working with team, or talking on the phone, 70% of the time at the desk on computer, doing analytical work. Minimal travel required. Travel includes airplane, automobile travel and overnight hotel.
Salary Transparency
The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $198,000 and is bonus. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time), and paid Holidays. All benefits are non-contractual, and QuidelOrtho may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided, as it deems appropriate.
