QuickChek is Hiring a Beverage Manager (Stock & Cleaning) Near TOWACO, NJ

Overview

The key goal of the Beverage Manager at QuickChek is the overall performance of the Beverage Area. The Beverage Manager is responsible for a specific department in the store and may have additional responsibilities such as meeting sales goals, achieving shrink goals, maintaining in-stock conditions, following planograms, maintaining a clean department, and ordering product for the department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly manner
  • Keep department in stock and set to planogram
  • Maintain a clean, clutter-free department at all times
  • Sweep, mop, and clean, as necessary
  • Ensure GAP is to plan
  • Ensure all equipment is operational and call for service when necessary
  • Monitor beverage sales performance
  • Actively challenge self and all Team Members to surpass sales goals
  • Ensure all displays are to standard and signage is correct
  • Keep up-to-date on new policies and procedures
  • Attend all mandatory/scheduled store meetings
  • Train new Team Members, as needed
  • Packs out, prices, and faces deliveries
  • Communicate any questions, concerns, or issues to the Store Leader timely
  • Practice Loss Prevention policies
  • Qualifications

  • Completion of required training programs and learning activities
  • Personal behaviors must align with QuickChek’s values
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to maintain QuickChek grooming and hygiene standards
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand basic English
  • Must be alert and attentive; impairment for any reason is not permitted
