```Duties``` As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for the following duties: - Conducting specimen collection and processing with precision and accuracy - Demonstrating proficiency in aseptic techniques during specimen collection - Handling laboratory specimens appropriately to ensure integrity and accurate test results - Providing excellent patient care during the blood sampling process - Utilizing medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare professionals - Performing venipuncture procedures skillfully - Monitoring and recording vital signs accurately ```Skills``` The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques to efficiently collect blood samples - Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols for specimen handling - Ability to perform venipuncture procedures with precision and minimal discomfort to patients - Strong understanding of aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during specimen collection - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members
