BECOMING OUR SALES ASSOCIATE - DESIGN CONSULTANT:

This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule that includes 2-3 days per week working from home and 2-3 days in the office. There are some on-site visits to meet with potential and existing clients.

In your role as a Sales Associate - Design Consultant, you'll be the linchpin for construction project sales, engaging with a diverse clientele that includes residential homeowners, investors, and developers. Your responsibilities encompass proactive lead generation, nurturing client relationships, conducting site visits for accurate estimates and bid preparation, skillful contract negotiation, interior design guidance, and seamless collaboration with the Quest Preservation Team to ensure project success. Your day is defined by your ability to secure project contracts and offer exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Are you a leader who can handle challenges, solve problems, and motivate others while maintaining effective relationships with the project team, subcontractors, and consultants? Can you thoroughly understand project cost reports and participate closely with the Project Manager on forecasts and cost projections? Are you creative, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a critical thinker? If you answered "yes" to these questions and can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Sales Associate - Design Consultant!

• Experience in interior design concepts and a solid understanding of construction processes
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Bluebeam, and Workyard
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Resides within 30 miles of Orange, CA
