YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Design Consultant, you meet with clients, listen to their needs, and translate their vision into appealing designs. You conduct on-site visits and work with clients to determine the full scope of each project. By actively listening and asking insightful questions, you provide personalized design recommendations, formally present options and concepts, and create customized proposals.

When a job is underway, you collaborate with project managers and other staff to ensure the work meets all timelines, budgets, and client expectations. You help source materials, develop strategies for increasing profitability, and keep the client updated about our progress. As we finish the project, you schedule installations, set up photoshoots for our portfolio, and conduct final reveal presentations, making sure the client is totally satisfied with our work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Lives within 30 miles of Orange, CA
• Proficiency with software such as Workyard, Bluebeam, Google Docs, and MS Office
• Ability to analyze cost reports and help with forecasts and cost projections
• Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate others
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
